It’s that time again…the Business Development Committee is seeking nominations for Business of the Year Awards for the following categories: Large Industry of the Year; Small Industry of the Year; Large Business of the Year; Small Business of the Year; Franchisee of the Year; and Minority Business of the Year.

FIREWISE AWARENESS EVENT: How to have a Firewise Home
Tuesday, July 20th - 9:30 am - 1:00 pm (Pre-registration required)
MSU Extention Service/911 Building, 601 Marquette Rd, Brandon"How to have a Firewise Home" is a half day program, bringing together citizens and business & community leaders. Participants will learn about why homes burn, various wildland refuel reducation techniques and how to assess the fire danger of their own home.
